Join us for a book discussion as part of our Candid Conversation series, programs looking at issues of race in our community and country. This month's book discussion will be The Hard Verge: Britain 2025 by Dr. Gretchen Eick. The novel explores a future world where government solutions for a rapidly rising number of asylum seekers reaches a critical point. The discussion will be facilitated by Dr. Gretchen Eick, the book's author, who teaches history at Friends University.
